The lead generation agreement
We will always do our best to meet your goals, but it's best to have a few things written down, so we both know what's what, who does what, and what happens if something goes wrong. You won't find complicated legal terms or long passages of unreadable text here. We have no desire to trick you into signing something you might later regret.
In short
You're hiring us (Revenue Partners) to restart conversations with the people already in your CRM who went quiet, answer every reply, and book the interested ones with you. You sign this on the agreement page. It starts when your deposit is paid.
1. What we do
We set up the reactivation agents on a cloud computer in your own name, and they work your past leads and customers. If you chose it, we also find new people asking for what you sell. We keep support access to that computer for troubleshooting while this agreement runs.
2. What you do
You have the power to enter this agreement for your business. You give us what we need, when we need it: access to your CRM and the lists in it. You sign in to your own accounts yourself. You approve the offer and the first messages before anything goes out, and you mark each held appointment within 72 hours. The computer and the AI it uses run on your own accounts, at your cost, and we show you what they cost before anything is spent.
3. Payments
Payment is always made in advance. Your $500 deposit is credit. Each qualified appointment draws the price set for your business from that credit, and you get that price in writing before your deposit opens. When the credit can't cover the next one, we ask for a top-up, and campaigns pause until it's paid. Nothing is charged for leads, bookings or no-shows.
4. A qualified appointment
The person showed up, they're interested and want to do business, and they're inside your service area. It doesn't count if it's a no-show, if you mark it not qualified with a reason within 72 hours of it being held, if the same person already counted in the last 90 days, or if they bought from you in the 60 days before. A held appointment you don't mark within 72 hours counts. Every charge comes with its evidence on your weekly statement.
5. Your leads
We do not share your leads with any other service provider in your territory, and we never put you in a bidding war with your competition. When we work, we work directly for you.
6. After 90 days
If we both feel good about it, we move to commission at a rate we agree in writing, or we stay per qualified appointment. Until we choose, per appointment continues.
7. Consent and sending
You confirm that every contact you give us gave the consent each channel needs, including written consent for marketing texts. Contacts without text consent on record get email only. You cover us against claims from contacts you gave us without that consent. Opt-outs are honoured at once.
8. Your data
Your data stays in your accounts and on your computer. We use it only to run this service, and we keep confidential anything you give us. You can remove our access at any time, which ends this agreement.
9. Ending
Either of us may end this agreement by written notice. Qualified appointments held before the end are payable. You keep the computer, its agents and its memory; our updates stop.
10. Limits
Neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
But where's all the horrible small print?
You can't transfer this agreement to anyone else without our permission. If one part of it becomes invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in place. The language is simple, but the intentions are serious: this is a legal document.
The line you sign: “I would like to get started with the program and agree to pay the price per qualified billable appointment set for my business, drawn from my $500 deposit.”
